The Thomas J Horne Memorial Trust is a family-based grant-making Trust consisting of members of the Horne family. The Trust makes grants primarily to the hospice movement and related charities in the UK, but also to other organisations such as those working in the areas of medical care, disability and self-help groups in Developing Countries

The Trust has determined to continue its policy of concentrating on annual maintenance grants to regularly supported charities, whilst expanding in the area of hospice funding.
