The Young Person's Guarantee aims to provide young people 16 – 24 in Wales with an offer of support to gain a place in education or training, find a job or become self- employed. The YPG is an umbrella structure that brings together a wide range of programmes and initiatives for young people and allows us to enhance the employability, enterprise and skills provision, providing the right support at the right time for the diverse needs of young people across Wales. Long term the Young Person's Guarantee is working to ensure that 90% of 16 – 24 year olds are in education, employment or training (EET) by 2050.
