What does " Children's Rights" mean to the children you work with?

Children in Wales are calling on children around Wales to help them create an exhibition on Chidren's rights, what could the children you work with create?

The team at Young Wales are currently working with National Museum Wales and a group of young volunteers to create a pop-up exhibition about Children’s Rights, and we need the help of 11-25 year olds around Wales!

If you would like to produce a piece of work on ‘What do Children’s Rights in Wales mean to you?’, we would love to include it in our travelling pop-up exhibition.

Your contribution could take any form, in any language, but it must be creative – for example, poetry, video, sculpture, painting, photography etc. Any interpretation is welcome, make it your own!

However, the following guidelines apply:

  • Written pieces can be maximum of 100 words.
  • Videos should be no longer than 1 minute long, filmed in landscape.
  • Physical pieces must be no bigger than a piece of A3 paper.
  • Maximum of 8 contributions per organisation.

Please either post or email your contributions by Saturday 2nd July, in order to have your work included in the exhibition. Be aware that we are able to refund postage costs, if you need to post a physical piece of work.
