Over 1500 young people in Wales gave their views about the school day, the Youth Parliament has published a report detailing the findings. These include - 69% thought that increasing the amount of time young people spend in their place of learning by 5 hours a week was a bad idea.

61% of young people told us that it wouldn’t improve their mental health and wellbeing, and 46% didn’t think it would improve their confidence.
