Recommendations include: a new national team of regional development advisors to work with schools, local authorities and health agencies to support the implementation of inclusive schools in every area; and a new requirement for every school to publish their inclusive ‘education for all’ strategy and report annually on any children who have been excluded or moved from the school roll.
