Tesco Stronger Start Fund.

This fund is open to areas around a Tesco store which would include Llanfyllin, and Welshpool when thinking of Tesco in Newtown. Llandindod Tesco and others have the same fund.

Funding of up to £1,500 can be secured to finance projects such as developing an outdoor space, funding sessions for families, buying new equipment or putting on an event.

Would your organisation be interested in reapplying? Your organisation could apply for funding to host an event, start your own vegetable garden or to buy new equipment. This includes PTAs for schools.

The next intake ends at the start of February, so I recommend getting an application in ASAP. This is a rolling scheme throughout the year, so there are also other opportunities to apply.

To support applications, I am offering 15 minute 1-1s on Mondays between 9:00am and 6:00pm where you can ask questions and get project ideas. To book, please email me with your preferred date and time.

To apply, simply visit: https://tescocommunitygrants.org.uk/apply-for-a-grant/  and follow the steps on there. The website also contains guidance and FAQs. For more information on Stronger Start, please visit: https://tescostrongerstarts.org.uk/.
