The Flying Start programme is to ensure that all Flying Start eligible children resident within the specific postcode areas of Welshpool, Newtown, Ystradgynlais, Brecon and Llandrindod Wells, have access to free, high quality childcare for up to 2.5 hours per day, for a maximum of 12.5 hours per week.
