Startegic Research are a small research and evaluation company in Cardiff, and we are currently working with Public Health Wales (PHW) who are keen to understand the things that influence young people (those aged 18-24) to start smoking either casually or regularly, after leaving school. While smoking is on the rise among this age group, it has been hard finding people of this age who also started smoking as an adult, particularly in Powys.
