Bydd cylchgrawn Haf Plant yng Nghymru yn tynnu sylw at ymarfer da wrth roi cymorth i blant a theuluoedd ar waith a'u cefnogi wrth iddynt symud i'r system Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol (ADY) newydd.
O fis Medi 2021, daeth y Cod a'r rheoliadau ADY newydd i rym, gan ddechrau cyfnod gweithredu graddol o bedair blynedd. Mae'r systemau newydd hwn yn arwain at newid a gall newid fod yn anodd llywio neu'n ddryslyd i lawer o blant a theuluoedd fydd yn trosglwyddo i'r system newydd. Rydym hefyd yn gwerthfawrogi bod y newid hwn yn aml yn heriol i'r sefydliadau a'r sectorau sy'n gweithio ac yn cefnogi plant ag ADY a'u teuluoedd.
Rydym yn awyddus i ddal y gwaith cadarnhaol rydych chi'n ei wneud wrth gefnogi plant a theuluoedd ac i rannu eich ymarfer, eich profiadau a'ch gweithredoedd mewn perthynas â'r thema hon. Gall hyn gynnwys:
* Enghreifftiau o sut rydych chi'n cefnogi plant a theuluoedd i ddeall y system newydd a beth mae'n ei olygu iddyn nhw
* Enghreifftiau o waith rhagweithiol i gefnogi gweithredu
* Enghreifftiau achos o weithio mewn partneriaeth i gefnogi plant ag ADY a'u teuluoedd
* Sut rydych chi'n cefnogi eich gweithlu i ddeall a gweithredu'r system ADY newydd a'r gwahaniaeth mae hyn yn ei wneud i'r plant rydych chi'n gweithio gyda nhw
* Newidiadau mewn ymarfer i gefnogi naill ai plant, teuluoedd neu'r gweithlu mewn modd cadarnhaol
* Beth sydd wedi gweithio'n dda i gefnogi eich gweithlu, eich plant a'ch teuluoedd
* Unrhyw beth arall sy'n cael effaith gadarnhaol ar blant ag ADY, teuluoedd neu eich gweithlu
Rydym yn awyddus i glywed gan bob sector.

Children in Wales’ Summer magazine will focus on highlighting good practice in implementing and supporting children and families as they move into the new Additional Learning Needs (ALN) system.
From September 2021, the new ALN Code and regulations came into force, beginning a four year phased implementation period. This new systems brings about change and change can be difficult to navigate or confusing for many children and families who are and will be transitioning to the new system. We also appreciate that this change is often challenging for the organisations and sectors that both work and support children with ALN and their families.
We are keen to capture the positive work you are doing in supporting children and families and to share your practice, experiences and actions in relation to this theme. This may include:
* Examples of how you are supporting children and families to understand the new system and what it means for them
* Examples of proactive work to support implementation
* Case examples of partnership working to support children with ALN and their families
* How you are supporting your workforce to understand and implement the new ALN system and the difference this is making to the children you work with
* Changes in practice to positively support either children, families or the workforce
* What has worked well to support your workforce, children and families
* Anything else that is having a positive impact on children with ALN, families or your workforce
We are keen to hear from all sectors.
Articles should be between 500 and 750 words; be sent to us in both English and Welsh; have a title and author and you can include one good quality JPEG photo (optional).
