Project gan Amgueddfa Cymru ar gyfer pobl ifanc LHDTQ+ rhwng 16-25 oed yw Trawsnewid. Mae’r project yn digwydd ar-lein ac yn Amgueddfa Genedlaethol y Glannau, Abertawe. Mae’n archwilio hanes cwiar Cymru, a phrofiadau pobl LHDTQ+ sy’n byw yng Nghymru heddiw trwy gyfrwng sgyrsiau a gweithdai. Mae cyfle hefyd i gyfranwyr gynnal eu sgyrsiau a’u gweithdai eu hunain gyda chefnogaeth gan yr Amgueddfa. Hyd yma mae’r grŵp wedi creu cabaret digidol ac wedi cynnal cyfres o weithdai ar gyfer Pride Abertawe, ac maen nhw’n bwriadu creu digwyddiad ac arddangosfa yn Amgueddfa Genedlaethol y Glannau ym mis Mawrth.

Trawsnewid is an Amgueddfa Cymru- National Museum Wales project aimed at LGBTQ+ young people aged 16-25. The project is run partly online and in person at the Waterfront Museum in Swansea. The project explores queer Welsh history and the lived experiences of LGBTQ+ people living in Wales today through talks and workshops. There is also opportunity for participants to deliver their own talks and workshops with support from the museum. So far, the group have created a digital cabaret and a delivered a series of workshops for Swansea Pride and are working towards creating a museum takeover event and an exhibition at the Waterfront Museum in March.
