Mae canllaw newydd i ymarferwyr wedi'i gyhoeddi i gefnogi awdurdodau lleol, cyrff llywodraethu ysgolion a gynhelir, pwyllgorau rheoli unedau cyfeirio disgyblion (UCDau), staff addysgu ysgolion ac unedau cyfeirio disgyblion a chydlynwyr anghenion dysgu ychwanegol (ADYCau) i ddeall y trefniadau ar gyfer gweithredu Deddf Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol a'r Tribiwnlys Addysg (Cymru) 2018 (Deddf ADY).
