Mae Cyngor Sir Powys ar hyn o bryd yn y camau cychwynnol o baratoi CDLl Nwydd, a fydd yn cynllunio ar gyfer anghenion ardal CDLl Powys ar gyfer y cyfnod 2022-2037.

Yn dilyn cyhoeddi’r Cytundeb Cyflenwi ym mis Gorffennaf 2022, mae’r Cyngor am gael sylwadau am Weledigaeth arfaethedig a set o Amcanion trosfwaol i lywio’r CDLl Newydd. Cafodd y Weledigaeth a’r Amcanion eu paratoi fel ymateb i’r hyn mae’r Cyngor yn credu yw’r Materion Allweddol a’r hyn sy’n llywio newid yn ardal CDLl Powys.

Powys County Council is currently in the initial stages of preparing a Replacement LDP, which will plan for the needs of the Powys LDP area for the period 2022-2037.

Following the publication of the Delivery Agreement in July 2022, the Council is seeking comments on a proposed Vision and set of overarching Objectives to inform the Replacement LDP. The Vision and the Objectives have been prepared in response to what the Council believes are the Key Issues and drivers for change in the Powys LDP area.
