Welsh Government states that the guiding principles underpinning this draft 3-year Action Plan 2023-26, are that no-one should be left behind, that inclusivity and diversity should be encouraged and celebrated, and that all the communities we serve should be an integral part of the dialogue, debate and decision making on HIV going forward.
