This new Welsh Government initiative aimed at people involved with supporting families and the NEST programme across Wales. The Community of Practice (CoP) is centred around regular on-line meetings for colleagues across Wales to share information, intelligence, good practice and challenges in this area, and to contribute over time to the work by the Regional Integration Fund on a national model of integrated care for family support.
There are 6 Communities of Practice including -
Emotional and Mental Health and Supporting Families and Care Experienced Children ( Includes Nyth/Nest ).
