Children in Wales want to achieve an understanding of the methods and strategies adopted throughout the pandemic, and how service users have responded to these new methods/strategies. Furthermore,  to gain an insight into any ongoing challenges/barriers relating to the effects of COVID-19 that  member organisations are currently facing, how members could be better supported, and finally, whether Children in Wales could play a role in facilitating this support.
