Children in Wales - call for articles for Summer magazine

The focus of the Summer magazine will be Adapting the Children's Sector workforce in response to new challenges, as a result of Covid-19 Adapting the Children's Sector workforce in response to new challenges, as a result of Covid-19

Children in Wales would be glad to receive your articles on the following topics:

nnovative approaches to supporting emerging workforce needs

*Developing new skills required to respond to pandemic issues

*How managers and leaders are adapting to supporting agile workers effectively

*Rising to emerging requirements to work more virtually, digital skills and tools

*Staff wellbeing schemes, work life balance good practice and agile working

*Skills required to respond to increase in young people’s mental health

*Interventions developed to work with families with complex needs or vulnerable groups

*Provide and host Welsh language resources for the sector

*Examples of delivering training in Welsh or community languages

 

Articles should be between 500 and 750 words; be sent to us in both English and Welsh; have a title and author and you can include one good quality JPEG photo (optional). 

The deadline for articles will be Thursday, 30 June 2022.
