Children in Wales’ Spring magazine theme is Working and Engaging with parents and families and we would be delighted to receive articles from our members with details of any work you are undertaking in relation to this subject, which may include:
*Short and long term project work or research
*Creative and innovative approaches
*Community-based approaches - meeting families where they are
*Learning and positive changes to approaches due to the pandemic
*Digital innovations to support engagement
*Ways to support Parental Voice in service delivery and development
*Work with a wide range of parents, including young parents, care experienced parents, refugee families, Kinship carers, foster carers etc
*Holistic/collaborative approaches to support services to wrap around the needs of parents and families
*Good practice examples of work being undertaken on the Children (Abolition of Physical Punishment) (Wales) Act, which will come into force on 21 March 2022
Articles should be between 500 and 750 words; be available in English and Welsh; have a title and author and include one good quality JPEG photo (optional).
The deadline for articles will be Thursday, 7 April 2022.
