Er mwyn cwblhau’r cais bydd angen i chi ddangos tystiolaeth bod gennych:

·         Tystysgrif DBS (Gwasanaeth Datgelu a Gwahardd) gyfredol (o fewn 3 blynedd)

 ·         Lleoliad wedi'i gytuno gyda goruchwylydd lleoliad sydd gyda chymwysterau addas

 ·         Oedran dros 16

The L2APP is a great stand alone qualification and the first step to those wanting to progress to Level 3 Playwork (required qualification to access Level 2 Certificate Playwork: Principles into Practice)

Entry Requirements

In order to complete the application you will need to evidence that you have an:

·         A current DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) certificate (within 3 years)

 ·         Agreed placement with a suitably qualified placement supervisor

 ·         Age 16+
