Courses are available with start dates from 26th July to 6th October. 13 groups are available, each course is 4 sessions .

The course covers Mental Health,  terms meaning and language, Covid experience, response and recovery, Stress and the stress response, Stigma, Common MH disorders, how to recognise them and what  treatment and recovery will look like.
