The project is person centred and very supportive in nature ,allowing an individual to develop at their own pace .It includes , building skills and confidence , certificated units , work placements , C.V , job searching and applications .
Jobsense work extensively with employers to create disability awareness in the work place as well as making any reasonable adjustments . They currrently work in the Powys area with programmes of this nature operating in the south of Wales too.
