The nature connection and wellbeing programme aims to encourage people to engage more with the natural world and learn ways they can support their own wellbeing whilst having some time out for themselves, socialising and having fun.
This would be through a variety of activities and practices based upon mindfulness, forest bathing, nature journaling and using our senses to connect. Including building campfires, foraging, nature inspired art, breathing exercises, wildlife identification and more.
