CAB training, awareness and support work has reached over 150 organisations in Wales offering free training and open to all different types of organisations. Sessions are being delivered remotely and ‘awareness’ sessions are also available for community groups.
Along with training, they aim to raise awareness of gambling harm and offer free, confidential support to help those affected by gambling reach local treatment providers from the National Gambling Treatment Service.
The project is funded by GambleAware and has been in Wales since July 2019 – the service covers England, Wales and Scotland and is delivered by 16 regional workers.
If you’d like to discuss the project more, work together or book training for 2021 please contact
