There are five modules, once you have attended the first module (Building Better Health) you can then choose to participate in any of the other four modules. They are group sessions with a maximum of 12 participants delivered by team members from Powys Teaching Health Board's Pain and Fatigue Management Service.
Each week we will look at different ways in which you can maintain and improve your health and wellbeing through topics such as acceptance, follow up & solution finding, mindfulness, healthy eating, hydration & weight management, activity & movement
