To raise understanding of the potential for the mutual exchange of knowledge and skills though time banking to add value across communities and third sector organisations in Powys.

• An understanding of the concept of time banking and how it may be applied to enhance existing activities or create new ones
• Greater knowledge of the mechanics of running a time bank and the level of organisation required
• An understanding of 'person to person' and 'person to organisation' modes of timebanking - and the role of time credits
• A better understanding of the additional benefits that can accrue through mutual exchange within a time bank

Members of the public wishing to set up or be part of a time bank and members of third sector organisations with an interest in learning about how time banking could add to the service they deliver or assist the recruitment of volunteers.
