Create Play – Tribe Development, Programmes and Qualifications Coordinator

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and creative to help us develop and strengthen the project. This is a varied role, including coordinating our new Agored Cymru accreditation programme, developing systems and resources, supporting project administration, liaising with partner organisations, promoting Tribe and working alongside young people during our Wednesday sessions.

The role includes:

  • Self-employed contract
  • £18 per hour
  • Approximately 8 hours per week
  • Fixed-term contract (September 2026 – August 2027)
  • Based in Llandrindod Wells
  • Wednesday availability essential

Anyone wishing to apply please send to: ben@createplay.co.uk

  • A current CV, if they have one, or an outline of your relevant employment history and qualifications.
  • A covering letter (maximum one side of A4).

In the covering letter, we’d like applicants to introduce themselves and tell us why they’re interested in the role.

The letter should explain what you would bring to Tribe, how your experience, skills and personal qualities relate to the job description and person specification, and what makes you a good fit for working with Create Play and the young people we support.

We’re interested in hearing about who you are as much as what you’ve done. Experience may come from employment, volunteering, education or life experience, and we welcome applications from people with a range of backgrounds.

Closing date: 14th August 2026
