Llanidloes Town Council – Town & Cemetery Clerk

21 hours per week, Salary dependent on experience but expected to be in the range of SCP 22 -25 – £33,699 – £36,363 per annum (FTE) pro rata.

Llanidloes Town Council is looking to appoint a new Town and Cemetery Clerk who will report to the Town Council.

The Town Council manages a broad estate of property related activities to include buildings (with or without tenants), recreation grounds, woodlands, public toilets and a Cemetery.

Candidates should be flexible, organised and, preferably, have a knowledge of local government. Full training will be provided. The financial administration of the Council will be undertaken by a part time Responsible Financial Officer who will report to the Town Clerk in addition to 4 further part time employees.
