Awareness raising workshop with the Welsh Refugee Council

AIMS: These sessions are all about clearing up misconceptions about sanctuary seekers and refugees.

CONTENT: With so much misinformation out there, from media headlines to social media posts, it’s easy to see how confusion can spread.  Our awareness raising workshops aim to shift these perspectives. Through open conversations and real-life stories, we break down barriers and build understanding. Sanctuary seekers in Wales want to be part of their communities, and they want to share their stories.

OUTCOMES: At the Welsh Refugee Council, we believe that organisations have the power to lead change. Our awareness raising sessions are designed to help you do just that.

AIMED AT : Trustees, volunteers and staff who want to understand more about the issues and move to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
