Stroke Implementation Network NHS Wales Performance & Improvement
NHS Wales are inviting expressions of interest to participate in a ‘Life After Stroke’ Workshop – Shaping Life After Stroke Standards Together which is in partnership with Stroke Association and NHS Performance & Improvement, taking place on 23rd September 2026.
This workshop will bring together those with lived experience of stroke and professionals, organisations, partners and stakeholders from across Wales who have an interest in supporting people affected by stroke. The aim is to begin a collaborative conversation on the development of ‘Life After Stroke’ standards, ensuring that people living with the long-term effects of stroke receive high-quality, equitable and person-centered support wherever they live.
Your Contribution Matters
They are keen to involve a diverse range of voices and experiences in this conversation. Whether you provide services directly, support people affected by stroke, represent an organisation, or have expertise that could help shape future developments, your contribution will be valuable.
