Inviting people living with dementia to complete a short online survey
Staff at the University of Worcester’s, Association for Dementia studies are currently editing a new book that will be published as part of their Reconsidering Dementia Book Series published by Open University Press. The focus is on Personal Self Care such as dressing, washing, eating, using the toilet etc. Very little has been written on this topic, particularly from the view point of people actually living with dementia.
One of the chapters is on the experiences of people living with dementia with personal care, including common challenges that may be faced. As part of the work, they are inviting people living with dementia to complete a short online survey to share their initial thoughts to feed into the book chapter.
