How to access NHS Dental services for routine treatment in Powys

You can apply for an NHS dental place online using the Dental Access Portal if:

You have not had routine NHS dental treatment in Wales in the past four years (Your previous dental practice should be able to offer you an appointment if you have had treatment with them in the last four years.)
And you live at an address in Powys for more than six months of the year, or are registered with a GP in Powys
