Community Conversations: Get Involved This October

This October, we’re hosting our first two Community Conversation events alongside a community fair.
Come and join a focus group to share your thoughts, explore what really matters to people, and help shape solutions to local issues. Light refreshments will be provided, and everyone is welcome – all ages can take part.
These events are also a great opportunity to meet local groups and discover activities happening near you.

About the project
As part of the UK Government’s Shared Prosperity Fund programme, we are running a series of Community Conversations across Powys – listening to local people to understand their needs, priorities, and aspirations, and supporting them to shape solutions to local issues that work for their communities.
We’ll be visiting towns, villages, and communities to hear directly from local people – making sure no one is left out of the conversation.
This is an opportunity to prepare for the future – by listening, planning, and laying the groundwork now.
