Communications & Dementia Training

Powys County Council Practice Development team have places available on the Communication & Dementia Training provided by Gareth Jenkins, via Teams online as follows:

21^st October 2025, 1pm – 3pm

Summary:

Explores how dementia can impact on communication and how to navigate the resulting implications empathetically. The session will also consider the potential social consequences of communication changes, ways to manage such changes and ponder the power of non-verbal communication.
