Cancer Care Experience Survey
Llais Wales is asking people affected by cancer to complete a short survey about their experiences of cancer care and support. This includes NHS care (such as getting help, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up) and the support people may need at home (community services, equipment/adaptations, social care and support for unpaid carers).
Llais would particularly like to hear from people who live in Powys, because Llais has heard experiences through local engagement that suggest there are important issues to understand in more detail, particularly for people living in rural areas and those whose care happens across different hospitals and services. Llais is an independent public body that listens to people’s experiences of health and social care and shares what it hears with decision makers to support positive change.
The survey takes around 8–12 minutes to complete. People can answer anonymously, and there are optional free-text questions for anyone who wants to explain what worked well and what needs to improve. The survey is open until 16 April 2026
