New Project from Age Cymru & Powys County Council – At Home Respite for Unpaid Carers

Please see details on the Poster and below for a new service offering free respite to unpaid carers supporting people living with dementia or mild cognitive impairment (MCI), in the Welshpool and Montgomery locality.

Important Information: Once the individual has registered for the service, an assessment must be completed before the respite service can be accessed. Please encourage those who may benefit from the service to register now to avoid delays when support is needed.
