After a cancer diagnosis, many people think about making changes to their diet to help them stay as healthy as possible. This video dispels the common myths that can be found online and reduces the confusion that can surround diet and breast cancer.
It features four women sharing their personal experiences with diet before, during and after breast cancer treatment, with healthcare professionals offering practical, evidence-based advice and clarifying common misconceptions.

The video has been developed by an All-Wales multi-disciplinary working group, which included breast cancer patients. It has been endorsed by both the British Dietetic Association Oncology Specialist Group and the National Cancer Team (Wales).
