Wednesday 5th August Relaxation 11.30-12.30

There is a charge of £5.00 for each Yoga, Mindfulness, Relaxation, Tai Chi

The Bracken Singers meet every Tuesday 10am-12noon at Llanyre Church Hall

1st July Knighton Hub Community Centre 10th

24th July Llanidloes Hub Penrallt Centre, Llanidloes Hospital
