Carers Trust Wales – survey for carers supporting someone living with dementia

Carers Trust Wales wants to hear from carers in Wales, specifically carers over 50 who care for someone living with dementia. They are planning their first shared learning event in November 2026 and it’s important that carers voices shape the event.
This is part of a three-year project funded by the Shaw Foundation. It aims to improve support for older carers of people with dementia in Wales.
They would like to hear the following:
  • What helps you as a carer
  • What is difficult and key challenges as a carer
  • What support is needed
Your answers will help shape the event in November 2026.
The survey takes about 3 minutes.
