Community Cohesion Small Grants Programme

We’re pleased to invite community organisations, voluntary groups and charities across Carmarthenshire, Powys, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire to a free online information session about the Community Cohesion Small Grants Programme.

This session is ideal for groups interested in projects that bring people together, strengthen relationships and build cohesion within local communities.

• How Community Cohesion Small Grants can support your work
• Examples from previously funded projects
• What made those projects successful
• Practical ideas you can use in your own community

You’ll also hear directly from organisations including Llanelli Multicultural Society, Haverfordwest AFC and Pobl Tir Môr CIC, sharing their experiences and learning.

This session is inspiring, practical and open to all community, voluntary and non‑profit organisations.
