Could you be PAVOs Programme Manager – Organisations?

In this role, you’ll take the lead on our infrastructure support services, ensuring everything we do aligns with our strategic vision while building a culture of collaboration, innovation and impact. You’ll work across teams and with external partners to help the third sector not just function—but truly thrive.

We’re looking for a confident and motivated leader with:

A strong track record in leadership
Solid understanding of voluntary sector governance
Knowledge of funding landscapes
The ability to inspire and support both staff and volunteers

You’ll be a natural collaborator and communicator—someone who can bring people together, champion ideas, and create an environment where individuals, organisations and communities can grow.

Salary: £38,220 per annum (plus 6% employer pension contribution)
Location: PAVO offices in Llandrindod Wells or Newtown, Powys (flexible/hybrid working available following induction)
