Veterans can now self-refer to The Poppy Factory’s Navigator Service

The Poppy Factory’s Navigator service is now open to self-referrals, meaning veterans can sign up directly, without needing a professional referral first.

Navigator supports veterans who face barriers to employment, helping them to:

• Build confidence
• Improve health and wellbeing
• Set realistic goals
• Move towards meaningful employment when they’re ready

Veterans benefit from being able to reach out in their own time. By opening self-referral, they are making it easier to access support at the right moment.

The service is currently available to veterans in South Wales, including South Powys
