Nature Connection and Greenwood Crafts
Tir Coed will be delivering six weekly nature connection sessions at Rock Park in Llandrindod Wells starting on Wednesday 14th of January.
The aim of the course is for people to access and care for the green spaces in their communities, and improve their wellbeing and their positive feelings towards woodland and nature in general. The sessions will include time outdoors, bushcraft skills, and some sessions will focus on ancient trees. By the end of the sessions, participants will have a connection with the site and its tree species and will have developed carpentry skills while producing a beautiful handcrafted greenwood item to take home.
