Eginiad – community well being opportunities in the Dyfi Valley

Eginiad’s Lles a Lluniaeth / Nourishing Community Together project has been awarded two years of funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, supporting free meals, group wellbeing sessions, and accessible therapy across the Dyfi Valley.

Community Dinners return on Thursday 23rd October, 12–2pm at the Taj Mahal Community Hub, running every Thursday through winter (except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day). These informal drop-ins are open to everyone; a warm, welcoming space to share a free nourishing meal, connect with others, and reduce isolation. No booking needed.

They are also looking for volunteers to support and receive training through the project.

Applications open for the Therapeutic Group Programme, beginning Friday 9th January, 11:30am–1pm at St Peter’s Church, Machynlleth.
