ReKindle Home Support Bundles for Young People in Need

A transformative new initiative is set to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people in need moving into their own homes, thanks to generous funding from the Fine & Country Foundation.

The funding will enable the provision of essential Home Support Bundles, ensuring young people have the fundamental resources needed to establish a safe, warm, and comfortable home.

To apply for one – you just need to visit their website and fill in a form. You need to be between 16-25yrs and to have moved house in the last 12 months. You need to be able to collect the bundle and be willing to write a letter of thanks or be willing to have a photo taken or do a video clip. (This is at the funders request)
