FREE Carers Wellness Taster Sessions across Powys

Age Cymru Powys is working in collaboration with Carers Trust Wales and Credu to offer several Carers Wellness Taster Sessions to be held across Powys this Autumn/Winter.  These free sessions will offer a “taste” of the therapies, chair exercises, and crafts that were very popular at the full-day events. Refreshments are provided and it is a chance for carers to relax, connect with others, and learn about the support available.

These taster sessions will lead into the main Carers Wellness Days in January 2026, which will be full-day events featuring a free lunch and a wider range of activities. Carers can attend one session or as many as they like. For further info and to book on for FREE please contact
