Healthy Start Scheme

The Healthy Start scheme provides eligible families with a Healthy Start card which can be used to buy healthy foods.

The card comes pre-loaded with 4 week’s funding, which is re-loaded every month. The card can be used in any store that accepts credit and debit cards.

Eligible families will receive:

£4.25 each week of pregnancy from 10 weeks of pregnancy

£8.50 weekly for children under 1 year.

£4.25 for children between 1 and 4 years
