North Powys Wellbeing Programme – Survey for third sector organisations

As plans to transform health and care in the north of the county through the proposed multi-agency Health and Wellbeing Campus in Newtown move forward -a partnership between Powys County Council, Powys Teaching Health Board, and supported by PAVO – they are working to better understand the anticipated demand for multi-use rooms once the campus opens.
We know many excellent groups and venues are already active in the area and aim to complement, not duplicate, them by working collaboratively to enhance the community and wellbeing of Newtown area and its residents.
The hub will offer a wide range of opportunities, including modern library services, training facilities for the future health and care workforce, community dental, pharmacy and GP services, clinical space for various primary care teams, housing advice and support, and an integrated family centre, among many other services.
It will also feature dedicated space for wellbeing activities and flexible, multi-purpose bookable rooms suitable for everything from yoga and dance to hobby groups and community gatherings.
If you’re involved in a community group, charity, or service, please take a few minutes to complete a quick survey run by the North Powys Wellbeing Programme. Your input will help them plan and support local needs more effectively.
