Eginiad’s Lles a Lluniaeth / Nourishing Community Together

This Therapeutic support programme is designed to bridge the gap for individuals who are currently facing long NHS waiting lists or who cannot afford private therapy. It aims to help people living with complex challenges; including depression, chronic illness, disability, pain or addictions often compounded by poverty and rural isolation.

Successful applicants will be matched with qualified local therapists for a series of 4, 6, or 10 one-to-one sessions. Participants are asked to contribute a nominal fee of £5 per session to aid their commitment to the process.

Successful individuals are matched with a suitable therapist based on need, approach, and availability. This process is supported by reflective supervision from an NHS psychologist, which helps us navigate complex assessments and ensure high-quality care.

The programme offers access to a range of trauma-informed therapies often unavailable through statutory services. Eginiad has verified all listed practitioners, ensuring they hold current professional insurance and relevant qualifications.
