Well designed recruitment packs, posters and advertisements will help you to spread the word about your trustee vacancies. Consider how best to reach the trustees you want to attract. This may mean putting up posters in your local area, advertising online, sending information directly to likely candidates, or all of the above. See the ‘Finding New Trustees Checklist’ above for more ideas.
Your material should be both eyecatching and clear, and include all the essential information that potential trustees need to decide whether to get in touch with you. We've put together some templates for you to use as a starting point in creating your own.
