Swans Foundation – Targeted Interventions Officer (Mid-Wales)

Location: Based in Mid-Wales delivering sessions in Newtown and Aberystwyth.

Reporting to: Targeted Interventions Manager

Contract Type: Fixed Term until 31st of March 2027

Working Hours: 20 hours per week (Wednesdays and Thursdays including evenings)

Salary: £24,000 FTE (Actual £13,714.29)
