Our Weave 2025 programme is LIVE!

As you know, Wales’ only national arts and health conference – Weave | Gwehyddu 2025 – is back with a bang 8-9 September and this time we’re heading north to Wrexham.

We’re delighted to now be able to share with you our two-day programme.

We have loved pulling this together for you. From vital conversations about the challenges facing creative prescribing and future research priorities to beatboxing with the incredible Mr Phormula and a hands-on wellbeing workshop for practitioners – the conference promises two days packed with joy, learning, creativity and connection.

We have designed a rich, varied programme full of inspiring breakouts, meaningful moments and important conversations aimed at tackling some of the barriers the sector faces. There’s something for everyone.

Don’t forget that one and two-day tickets are available. We’ve even aimed for a later start time each day to allow some flexibility for those travelling to be with us.
